An exciting and informative week at K 2022 is behind us. We were happy to talk in person, to make new contacts, to meet customers and business partners. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
The joy of being able to exchange ideas on a global level again after 3 years created an excellent atmosphere. 176,000 trade visitors from all continents traveled to D\u00fcsseldorf for the important industry event. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Fifty-seven percent, five percent more than at K 2019, said they were interested in raw materials and auxiliaries, with recyclates and bioplastics being particularly popular. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
In terms of investment intentions, machinery and equipment for processing and recycling stood out with 43 percent. Sustainability was a particular focus, as were circular economy and energy\/resource efficiency in production.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
“It is clear that the need to face up to social responsibility and think about plastics in a sustainable way from the beginning of the process chain has reached all companies. The variety of solutions, machines and products on display at K 2022 for the transformation to a circular economy was incredible,” said Ulrich Reifenh\u00e4user about K 2022. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
