“What would we do without Dana“

Dana has been employed by General Industries Polymere since August 2023 – directly after her training as an industrial clerk She describes her job as an industrial clerk as an “all-rounder” – we actually catch her in a very time-intensive all-rounder situation during the interview. One employee is ill and she is alone in the office with the two trainees. But Dana’s dry sense of humor helps the group mood in moments like these: “They still work quite well with me, despite the fact that I tease my trainees so often.” – In addition to constant laughter and funny sayings, the radio is also on. “We have found a station whose music we can more or less tolerate all together.”

But what does Dana do all day?

Part of the scheduling work, project support, material flow, certification, organizational and administrative aspects of production. “But luckily I got Jan and Mia supports me very independently with all the other parts,” she praises the trainees present. “Oh, what would we do without Dana?” – Mia asks. Jan jokes that the business is coming to a standstill. But Mia replies: “I don’t mean that because of the work, but as a person.” Clearly, a heartfelt “ohh” moment followed by shared laughter. Dana is a must here. 🙂

Why did you want to become an industrial clerk?

“Because you can work in many areas and I was able to choose a company that suited me.”

Why is GIP a good fit for you?

It was a gut decision, the interview went well and she felt the VIBE there, which was missing in other interviews.
